Ok so how will that work? A coach is not allowed to tell a recruit we have this neat Success With Honor thing so the Alumni can financially support our athletes? Or is a booster not allowed to advertise that he will provide funds for every player who signs at his preferred school (even walk ons) ? I don't seek how the money genie can get put back into the bottle.
