Better late than never, Safety is far more important than playing. Just curious if they play in the spring does that mean they will come right back in September for the following season.

I’m sure all options are on the table right now. Volleyball players are used to playing a lot of matches in a short period of time from their high school and club days. Football is a different story due to the high-contact nature of the sport.

This isn't really about safety. It's about university presidents who have made avoiding liability their #1 priority. It is also about university presidents who resent that their universities are known primarily for their athletic programs. They wish to de-emphasize the importance and scope of college athletics. The pandemic has given them the opportunity to do that. They believe that reducing the importance and power of athletics will somehow raise their academic standing. They are wrong.

In my opinion as much as it sucks the BIG and PAC made right calls. It’s sucks big time cause many believe psu football was gonna have the most talented team they have had since early 90s and have best shot at natty in ever. Still I think is was right the conclusion anyway. How they got their is a completely different debate in the handling of it. I find Nebraska’s situation hilarious. See you don’t need vb to rag on Nebraska. They have given everyone new reason. They have 0 leverage. It’s some humor in a difficult time.

That's it! All of the B1G women's volleyball teams can go to Baghdad, stay in a bubble, and play beach volleyball. They'll be taking classes online!

More seriously, couldn't all 14 women's teams come to PSU, be tested and go into a "bubble" and play the B1G schedule in, say, 4 weeks? No travel for the 4 weeks, online classes for each University. Imagine the competition and fun. Won't cost much since no travel. Otherwise, are the 14 teams just going to practice every day for 4 months in hopes of playing in the Spring?
