Very excited that Ava and Izzy are coming here early. I thought both were amazing in defense and will only get better the more time the team can gel. Are there any stats up for the match? If there are, you know who will find them and post them.

I really think team Ice played a lot more controlled when Izzy was in and her sets and play during the 4th set were really impressive. It’s definitely looking like a new Hancock/Carlini battle with her and Fuerbringer! I thought it was really nice hearing Jonni coaching also.

Just watched the 10 minute YT 'highlights' reel. If you haven't watched it yet, be warned, it was put together by the Skyler Pierce fan club.

I'm about halfway through set 4 so far; have not had the time to watch it all in one sitting.
I was really impressed with Ava's out of system setting; it's a much-needed skill for the team.
As others have mentioned Izzy was really good defensively, although, I'm disappointed with the Ice coaching staff for not playing her more.

Finally finished watching the UA AA 2024 match. I was really happy to see Izzy really pushing the middle sets. They weren't always successful, but I'm glad she was pushing it late in the match. I'm a big proponent of trying to incorporate the middles in attack. If for no other reason, it gives the pins more one-on-one opportunities.
