Really happy for Taylor, that she can give her hometown a show! 11-0-12 92%. That's a show anywhere ...

That's the highest hitting percentage, by far, that PSU has given up this year.

Well, thanks to all the participants in the thread today. This was a much more entertaining match, especially without media (boo), than I was expecting. Wonderful humor.

Probably difficult for the ladies to get cranked up for this one. They left a lot on the floor last night.
They took care of business. The good ones do that.

That's the highest hitting percentage, by far, that PSU has given up this year. With such poor blocking and two pins struggling offensively, not going to the bench tonight for even a rotation, after using our depth last night to turn things around is…..puzzling.

I wonder if Katie wants the starting lineup to work things out on their own, especially with a number of new players. I know RR did that sometimes. I think that at this point, Katie isn't worrying about the score as she had to have been pretty confident that PSU would win this. By the same token, there aren't a whole lot of players to go to. I'm not very confident in Markley's hitting as I'm also not very confident in Anjelina's hitting either. Who does that leave?

Starck and Markley both have put enough points on the board over their PSU careers to tell me they are more than capable of being the spark plug that changes the course of a match. Markley in particular has come into several matches and brought an energy to the court that brought us back from the brink of getting swept. We were playing with zero energy tonight, and were tested in every set, and trailer most of the 3rd, and that spark is exactly what we needed. With Cam and CJ struggling, there were multiple opportunities to inject that enthusiasm into the game, even for a rotation or two.
