After thinking about it for a sec, he's saying that each person should know themselves and what they can do. Good advice to anybody. After reading Jonni's press conference and remembering other press conferences, it reminds me again of what an outstanding young women Jonni is. She's so mature. I remember when the PSU team lost in her freshman year, she apologized for not winning for the seniors. Wow. PSU was so fortunate to get her. |

Thanks again for putting these transcripts up and all the other reporting that you do. I so enjoy finding out the Coach's thoughts on things as well as getting to know the players a bit that are in the press conferences. Coach Rose is so funny. He's got that dry sense of humor that is always peeping out at an unexpected time. I've been collecting quotes of his. It's fun. And these transcripts help a lot in that respect.
His thoughts on the health of the players really made me think. We, as fans, don't know where the players are health wise, and so we may attribute not so good play by a player as them just not playing well where as, at least this year more than others, it quite possibly is because they still haven't recovered from covid. Course, like wrestling, we seldom, if ever, know what physical shape the players are in no matter what the year.
