Nia Reed really was special. I hope she does well in Brazil; great VB country and fans. Where did she play professionally before? |

Reed played for Halkbank Ankara and Edremit Bld. Altinoluk in the Turkish Women’s Volleyball League her first two pro seasons after graduating from Penn State.

Reed will play for Sesi Vôlei Bauru in Brazil next season. Reed and the Nittany Lions traveled to Brazil on the program’s most recent foreign tour prior to the 2017 season. |

Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year Jena Otec is returning to Purdue for one more season. Otec and Gabby Blossom both played for the Rockwood Thunder club program before college.
