I'd go UNC and Duke. But I think they are locked into their ACC contract until 2036.

As it's often claimed that recruits would only choose to come to the cold, wintry East Coast to play in the B1G... I wonder how/if West Coast schools joining the B1G will affect recruiting

I wonder how/if West Coast schools joining the B1G will affect recruiting If I had to choose between being unable to breath in LA due to forest fires, and unable to stay in my home in LA due to earthquakes, or having to bundle up with a warm coat, a scarf and gloves in the East/Midwest, I'd go the bundle-up route.
