I’m pulling for _isconsin the rest of the way - who are others pulling for? I guess I'm on that bandwagon as well. I definitely don't want Stanford or Nebraska winning it. I wouldn't mind any of the others, except maybe for Louisville too, I don't know why, just can't get on the DBK train.

I'm still of the belief Wisconsin or Nebraska will win. I kinda like Pitt although I don't know much about the team. Pitt's coach seems like a stand-up guy.

The Arkansas coach —hey, this is fun, — may be my fav still alive. Surprising team. Kinda asymmetric like Pitt was w a bunch of sleeper recruits. Short. So I most def will watch that match.
And to my chagrin I’ve been won over by the Pitt players. Not so much the coach. But the team is very engaging.

Loved watching Arkansas and so disappointing to come close and then fall short on a service error - had really hoped for 5 sets and a reverse sweep

Loved watching Arkansas and so disappointing to come close and then fall short on a service error - had really hoped for 5 sets and a reverse sweep I was amazed by the Arkansas team. They were so short compared to Nebraska. But they are a REALLY good defensive team. I think the difference came down to Arkansas not being able to put the ball away, whereas NEB has a lot of terminal hitters. It almost looked like, in the fourth set, that NEB's youth was going to do them in as they started getting rattled. I was surprised that Arkansas was not only able to win the 3rd set, but continued to play well and came very close to winning the 4th. An amazing team of overachievers. Louisville reminded me a lot of the current PSU team. They were able to do well for a couple of sets, but then the other team adjusted, both offensively and defensively, and took over the match. In the 4th and 5th sets, only DeBeer could be depended on to get some points. Pitt had adjusted to Jones and Luper never did get going. For some reason, I was hoping Louisville would win, but it was not to be. I'm thinking it will end up NEB vs WISC in the finals also. I'm thinking WISC will take it, but who knows? It will be a really barn burner. I'm not a big fan of NEB, but I'm also not a big fan of WISC. Unlike Nyline whose two favorite teams are PSU and whoever is playing NEB!

After the way Pitt's coach jerked Penn State around a couple of years ago, I'm not sure I would call him a stand-up guy.
