It seems PSU has a weak rotation, both MN and MI taking advantage going on 6-0 runs in several sets.

Well, it's a good thing I don't get paid for my predictions. I would have to refund that money. My only consolation is that no one voted MI would win this match on the thread poll. Is it too late to change my vote?

Michigan wins 25-22 and match 3-1. It really seems like this team is regressing.

That's just sad!!! We don't lose at home to an unranked team!!!!! Hope Russ figures can fix this. As I said before, COMMUNICATIONS doesn't seem to be there on court!!

PSU's been bringing in waves of back row players the last few years. Do you think the ones coming in next year will do the trick?

What do YOU think? 1) B10 WVB is just so competitive no one can win ‘em all. 2) The refs are blind and prejudiced. 3) Magen hasn’t been the same since her injury. 4) Just plain bad luck.
OR
This team is good, but not great, talented, but sloppy, distracted, and very beatable. Their power/kill shots have disappeared. Long term, finesse shots are effective only as changeups, not as bread & butter. They’re out of system and confused a lot (just like their opponents used to be).
I could not finish watching this match. Oh well. See yawl next season.

It was so sad seeing Washington cringing on one of the net plays near the end of the match. The 2011 team had a lot more fight.

Sometimes one weak link can make everyone around you play poor, and vice-versa, they say one good/strong player can make all the others around them play better. So yes, I think one excellent libero can make a load of difference. Look at Minnesota, they got a top ranked freshman setter and they're playing like a new team vs last year, even though they have the same hitters and middles. My only fear is, who will replace Courtney?

Do you mean emotionally or bad in their play?

My only fear is, who will replace Courtney? And who will replace Aiyana? Unless Nia Reed makes a big improvement (not saying that isn't possible), there is no front row player with the athleticism of Whitney. And they really don't have anyone to replace Megan (although Frantti appears to have improved her six-rotation game). I don't know that Novakovic will be that player. We'll see next season.
